During the Fall and Winter seasons, from September 1 to March 31: 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. CLOSED: 24, 25 and 31 December and 1, 5 (pm) and January 6.
From April 12 to August 31: 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. (Except 17,18,19, 20 and 21 April (Easter), the service will be uninterrupted from 9:00 to 19:00).

The Bar-Restaurant, located in the tourist area along the reservoir The fair will open its doors from Thursday to Sunday and public holidays on weekdays.
Other days upon reservation for organized groups.
Closed from 23 December to 1 January inclusive.
The current opening hours are 9:00 to 18:00 uninterruptedly.
The cuisine offers daily menu, wine and typical local dishes with seasonal ingredients. (Calderetes, crumbs, rack of lamb, vegetables, etc.)
