THE POLITICAL TRANSITION

We call this the political effort made in our country, to transform an oppressive and ancestral dictatorial regime into a tolerant system of democratic coexistence, whose inherent problematic is not difficult to objectify, although only the subsequent evolution could demonstrate its coherence, to the point of considering that a great part of the current difficulties have their origin in the urgency of the compromises reached, which ask seriously, a total or partial revision in form, without dissimulation, of a new transition or the elaboration of a new constitutional norm.
