Ateneo Andaluz Dos Hermanas

In collaboration with the Ateneo Andaluz Cultural Center, ADICAE will begin a series of informative talks on consumerism. They will be held every third Thursday of the month, they will be free and directed to all those people interested in becoming critical and responsible consumers.

This cycle begins next Thursday, February 15 at 8 pm with a talk-talk focused on basic supplies: energy-water-gas. The event will be coordinated by María José Luque Vicaría , Adicae-Andalucía technician. In this activity, we will try to identify the main problems that consumers face as well as their rights and ways of claiming; we will clarify with "the mess of the invoice", the different rates and companies, we will talk about responsible consumption and possibilities of saving or how to benefit from the new Electric Social Bond.

In successive days will deal with issues related to telephone companies, responsible and sustainable food, banking services, transport and travel agencies, distribution chains and online shopping, etc. in order to achieve a better knowledge of the rights of consumers in the provision of these services, understanding of billing, rates, contracting, claims procedures, etc.

ADICAE Andalucía , Association of Users of Banks, Savings Banks and Insurance in Andalusia, has a history and experience in our community for more than 10 years, in which it works hard to defend and protect consumers against the abuse of the large companies in the Consumer sector and, especially, in their prevention through information and training.
