THE ANDALUZA GASTRONOMY is a basic element in the stock of our active values. It is very varied and both the coast and the interior form the heart of the Mediterranean diet.
It is closely linked to olive oil, nuts, meat and especially the fish in whose art of frying, the Andalusians are indisputable masters (and especially the people of Malaga). The pastry with its own strong ancestral reminiscences is unique.
