Gathering on "PARKINSON'S DISEASE" under the direction of Dr. Uclés Moreno, specialist in Neurology.
In this session they will update the knowledge that exists about Parkinson's disease. A degenerative disease of the nervous system, very common, which was first described by James Parkinson, in London, two hundred years ago.
In a language accessible to all audiences, will highlight the discoveries that have been happening over two centuries, both in the mechanisms that produce the symptoms and in the remedies that have been found to mitigate the serious disorders that produce .
We must highlight the final part, in which Dr. Uclés Moreno will talk about some evidence that has emerged in the last two or three years, pointing to the cause of degeneration, which, until now, was totally unknown .
Dr. Paulino Uclés Moreno is Cordovan. Doctor in Medicine and Neurologist. He carried out specialty studies at the La Paz hospital in Madrid and at the Queen Squire neurological hospital in London. He has published research articles, mainly on children's brain development problems.
