The International Prize for Cultural Innovation is a biennial thematic event organized by the Center for Contemporary Culture of Barcelona (CCCB) with the aim of stimulating projects that explore possible cultural scenarios for the coming years. The theme for the third edition of the Prize (2018-2019) is Internet.

What can we do, from the culture, for a more free, egalitarian and open Internet? This edition of the International Prize for Cultural Innovation is open to innovative cultural projects that propose actions in areas such as accessibility and representation, security and privacy, technopolitics and social transformation, ecological impact, ethics and digital literacy , or in any other key issue that contributes to the empowerment of citizens and the improvement of the network.

The winning proposal will be part of the 2019-2020 program of the CCCB.

They can choose to win:
- Individuals over 18 years old living in any country, individually or as a group.
- Legal persons of the public or private sector, with or without profit motive, resident in any country.
- The union of any of the above physical or legal persons.
