The decree suspended for two years the rule forcing employers to workers who strung fixed, 24 months, two or more temporary contracts. New contract for training

• The minimum wage will be equal to the ratio of the minimum wage that corresponds to the actual working time. That is, if the actual working time is 75%, the minimum wage can be seen is 481.05 euros per month (75% of minimum wage).


Grants for employers
• Employers who make contracts for training unemployed people over 20 years have the right at any time during the contract period, a reduction in Social Security contributions of 100% (75% if the company has a workforce of more than 250 employees). In addition, if these transformed into permanent contracts will be entitled to a reduction in fees for 3 years 1,500 per year (1,800 if the transformations are women). Both reductions will apply only if the company increases the workforce as a result of these contracts.
• The extended until the end of 2012 the possibility that entrepreneurs have become temporary contracts contracts for promoting the indefinite (FCI), which is a permanent contract but with a severance pay-out.
• The extended until the end of 2013 the possibility of up to 8 days from dismissal costs per worker are fixed by the Wage Guarantee Fund, rather than paying employers. However, for contracts signed in 2012 will pay only if the dismissals are not unfair.
Capitalization fund
Delayed until 2013 debate on whether to approve a capitalization fund for employees maintained throughout their working lives, and it can be used in case of dismissal, geographical mobility, training or increased retirement.
