Subsidies for the incorporation of working partners in cooperatives and labor societies - until July 31, 2015-

Application deadlines: from July 20, 2015 until July 31, 2015.

Beneficiaries: cooperatives and labor societies.

Requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary, among others:

Have a work center in Catalonia, regardless of the place of your registered address or the register where you are registered.

Obligations: (among others)

Maintain working partner status for at least two uninterrupted years.
The cooperative economy company must allocate the net amount of the subsidy to a special reserve provided that the part of the surplus obtained, net of the amounts allocated to legal funds and established reserves, is greater than the net amount of the subsidy Subsidy This reservation will be non-scalable and can only be applied to cover losses

Eligible action and temporary scope

The incorporation of working partners or partners in a cooperative or labor society included in one of the following groups:

A) Unemployed people
B) Workers are linked to the company with a fixed or temporary employment contract.

The incorporation must involve maintenance or an increase in employment with respect to the average of 12 months before the date of incorporation of the new partners for which the subsidy is received. For the purpose of calculating the increase in employment, the number of worker or work associates will be considered and the number of workers with an indefinite contract.

People who join as working partners or as partners must meet the following requirements:

A) With regard to those people who are unemployed, they must be registered in the corresponding employment office as job seekers prior to their incorporation as members.
B) Regarding the workers of the company, they must be registered in the general Social Security system prior to their incorporation as partners.
C) These subsidies can not be granted in the case of incorporations of working partners or partners that have enjoyed this condition in the same company in the two years prior to the new incorporation.
D) The incorporation of working partners or working partners for which the applicant company has already received this subsidy within the time scope established in the following section may not be subject to subsidy.

The temporary scope of the actions that can be accessed from this subsidy is from January 1, 2014 and until July 20, 2015.

In the case of workers linked to the company with a fixed or temporary employment contract, the date of incorporation as partners in the cooperative or labor company will serve for the fulfillment of the temporary scope.

In the case of unemployed people, the date that will be taken into account for the fulfillment of the temporary scope will be the one of the affiliation to the Social Security system that corresponds as working partner.

Maximum subsidy amount: will be gradual according to the following groups:

• A maximum of 7,000 euros for the incorporation of disabled people as working or working partners in cooperatives or labor societies.

• A maximum amount of 5,500 euros for the incorporation of women as working or working partners in cooperatives or labor societies.

• A maximum amount of 4,000.00 euros for the incorporation of people under 30 years of age or 45 years or more, working partners or working in cooperatives or labor societies. If the company has been incorporated or is in the process of being constituted, within the 12 months prior to the date of publication in the DOGC of this Order, the maximum amount will be 5,000.00 euros.

• A maximum amount of 2,000.00 euros for people not included in the previous groups when they are incorporated as working or working partners in cooperatives or labor societies. If the company has been incorporated or is being incorporated in the twelve months prior to the date of publication in the DOGC of this Order, the maximum amount will be € 3,000.

Including cases, subsidies may also be granted when the work day of the partner / worker or partner is part-time, although in this case the amount of the subsidy will be proportional to the effective time of The work day

Scheme of aid compatibility:

Regulated subsidies are incompatible with any other subsidy granted for the same purpose, except when it comes to the partial financing of the project and the subsidized part has been defined precisely in the application for the subsidy by the Department of Enterprise and Employment .

The amount of the subsidies granted in no case can be of a quantity that, in isolation or in concurrence with subsidies of other public or private entities, national or international, exceeds the cost of the activity to be developed by the beneficiary.
