During the Fall and Winter seasons, from September 1 to March 31: 9:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:00. CLOSED: 24, 25 and 31 December and 1, 5 (pm) and January 6.
From April 12 to August 31: 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00. (Except 17,18,19, 20 and 21 April (Easter), the service will be uninterrupted from 9:00 to 19:00 hours).

The measure is motivated by the excessive influx of visitors to some of the most sensitive of this Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve during the most difficult times of the reproductive cycle of several species protected areas.

The Community of Navarre Bardenas refused access to the sites of The Grates, Rallón, Pisquerra, La Balsa cap and Zapata, from mid-February until the end of August, in order to preserve and ensure the tranquility of birds nesting.
The measure is motivated by the excessive influx of visitors to some of the most sensitive of the Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve during the most difficult times of the reproductive cycle of several species protected areas.
To this end, we have placed signs on all access roads to the Special Protection Area for Birds, in which the prohibition of entering therein indicated, either on foot, bicycle, horseback or any motor vehicle . The measure does not affect traditional agricultural and livestock use.
The measure includes an old disused road and coincided with a stretch of the Cañada de los Roncaleses, and has the authorization of the Department of Rural Development, Industry, Employment and Environment. No restrictions on traditional livestock transit through a single track livestock.
As it did last year, and to improve the reception of these restrictive measures by visitors, the Community of Bardenas establish a mobile information points, which will be operational on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays in the coming months. It will consist of two optical media include long range, placed at strategic locations off the main road that runs along the boundary of the affected area. His mission is to teach these species for protection to the public, so you can understand that the protective measures are taken.

The Bar-Restaurant, located in the tourist area along the reservoir The fair will open its doors from Thursday to Sunday and public holidays on weekdays. Other days upon reservation for organized groups. Closed from 23 December to 1 January inclusive. The current opening hours are 9:00 to 18:00 uninterruptedly.
