Sports facilities
The Villa de Buñuel has a very modern sports facilities composed by:
- Sports pavilion.
- Fronton.
- Gym equipped with two Saunas.
- A tennis court.
- A Paddle Track.
- Two swimming pools.
- Two Indoor Soccer Courts.
- A Seven Soccer Court.
- A Football Field , conditioned around it for performing different sports activities (high jump, length, throwing, etc. ).
Throughout the year, different championships are organized to promote sport, among which we can highlight, for example, the Christmas tournament (held between September and December), or the twenty-four hours of Futsal, without neglecting sports such as Swimming, Tennis, etc.
There are also courses on swimming, rhythmic gymnastics, skating, yoga, aerobics, pilates, karate, etc., which aim to arouse the sporting interest among children, youth and adults.
Times of Buñuel Municipal Sports Center:
- From October to April:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: From 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - From May to June:
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - From July to September:
- From Monday to Saturday: From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. - In periods of holidays or non-school days, the schedule will be the same established for Saturdays of the corresponding months.
- Fiestas Patronales: closed, except sports programming agreed by the City Council, or Municipal Sports Council.
- The payment for the use of the Sports Facilities can be taken at the City Hall from 09:00 to 14:00 hours.
