Tour Cabezo El Fraile
Amounting to Paseo del Fraile hillock located in South Bardenas end, in one of its most deserted and forgotten places. Vestiges of fortifications on the summit. Breathtaking panoramic.
Home: Bea pen. To get there from Highway Tudela Taussig (NA-126, km 22), just before the border with Aragon, take a track in good condition, after 4.3 km brings us to the place (signposted).
Esplanade by the corral, went westward, skirting the fields (not step seeded). The outstanding Fraile silhouette is visible at all times. At first there is no defined path, but there are many paths of cattle. After passing through hills and ravines, we reached an old track, badly damaged by erosion, amounting to some old fields, abandoned today. From them, the final climb is evident. The return along the same route.
